    Her recent matters include assisting the firm’s lawyers in representing a Trust Corporation in advising clients about undertaking certain projects. 

    Ms. James received her Legal Secretary Certificates in Caribbean Examinations Council (“CXC”) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (“ICSA”).

    His recent matters include the representation of a group of clients seeking strategic advice and input in various proceedings before the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, in the High Court of Justice in London, UK and in the Circuit Court for St John’s County, Florida USA.
